Your business data stays under your control

Policy update: We have clarified who operates VyaparTools, the dates and process for policy updates, and the Terms on liability and governing law. These changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This version takes effect on 18 October 2026; until then, the previous version applies.
This notice describes how VyaparTools handles your data.
Calculator inputs
Calculator values are processed in your browser. They are not included in analytics events, URLs, or application logs.
Document drafts and numbering
Document details are stored in your browser's local storage so a draft can be recovered on the same device. PDF generation also runs in your browser. This covers invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, credit and debit notes, delivery challans and payment receipts, plus a counter for each document number series. None of it is sent to VyaparTools. Use each generator's Clear Saved Draft action, or the Clear Saved Business Data button in privacy preferences, to remove it. Clearing your browser data also restarts the number series.
Passing a number between tools
Buttons under some results, such as Landed Cost, EMI and Product Cost Builder, copy one number to another calculator through your browser's session storage. It is read once, expires after ten minutes, is never put in a web address and is never sent to VyaparTools or to analytics.
Website hosting
When you open a page, your browser requests it from our hosting provider, Hostinger. Like most website hosts, it keeps standard technical logs of those requests, such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time. We can view these logs for up to 7 days; Hostinger does not publish how long it keeps the underlying log files. These logs do not contain what you type into the tools: that is processed in your browser and is not sent to us.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics are off by default. The current build has no external analytics collector and does not set advertising cookies. If an analytics service is added, this notice and the consent flow must be updated before collection begins.

Saved business data
Drafts and any saved details stay in this browser only. They are never sent to VyaparTools. Clearing removes them from this device.
