Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter and the documents you issue.

No professional advice

Results and templates are informational. Verify calculations, classifications, rates, mandatory fields and commercial terms with a qualified professional before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We may correct, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass site security.
• Do not misrepresent a quotation as a tax invoice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shobana Vijayan, carrying on business as LiVi Enterprises, excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of VyaparTools. The tools provide general calculations and editable templates, not a review or certification of a user's transaction or document. Users must verify inputs, results and applicable requirements before issuing documents or relying on outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or remedy under applicable law, disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, where those courts otherwise have jurisdiction. This clause does not restrict any non-excludable right to approach a competent statutory authority or forum.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the updated version here, identify its effective date and summarise material changes. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of material changes on the website. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising before they take effect. We may make urgent legal or security changes immediately, with notice where practicable. Where applicable law requires express agreement, we will obtain it separately. Where a material change requires your agreement, we will present the change and obtain that agreement through an appropriate process before applying it to you.
