Invoice Generator

Create a GST-ready A4 invoice in four steps. The draft stays on this device, and PDF generation runs in your browser.

Informational template only. Confirm statutory fields and tax treatment with a qualified professional before issuing a production invoice.

Choose your registration status and the treatment of this supply. For supported ordinary domestic transactions, the tool prepares a tax invoice, bill of supply or unregistered supplier's invoice, as applicable. It does not determine your registration obligation, tax classification or entitlement to collect GST. Reverse-charge transactions, exports, supplies to or by SEZ units/developers, deemed exports and the special categories identified in step 2 are excluded. Combined taxable and exempt supplies are not supported in this version. Confirm that your transaction is within scope before generating a document.

A composition taxpayer cannot use it for an inter-State supply. If e-invoicing applies to the invoice, or you are not sure, you get only a draft PDF marked “DRAFT — NOT FOR ISSUE”; complete the required IRP process before issue.

Step 1 of 4 — Your business

These details appear on the invoice PDF. Draft data is stored only in this browser.
Your GST status *

This decides the document's title and whether GST is charged.

Was your aggregate turnover in the previous financial year above ₹5 crore? *

Above it, every HSN/SAC code needs at least 6 digits; up to it, at least 4.

Use the registration of the place this supply is made from. The tool checks only that the GSTIN's format is valid and its first two digits match your business state; if you have several registrations and are unsure which applies, use a reviewed process.

PNG, JPEG, or WEBP, up to 300 KB. Stays on this device like the rest of the draft.

How invoice totals are calculated

Each line applies its percentage discount before GST. Values are rounded to paise at the line boundary, then summed. On a tax invoice you confirm the place of supply: if it is in your own State or UT the GST is split into CGST and SGST (UTGST in a Union Territory without a legislature); otherwise it is IGST. A bill of supply or an unregistered invoice adds no GST. A tax invoice cannot include a line at 0% GST in this version.
